There are no hidden charges when you order from Apnabazaar. All cost are 100% visible on the checkout page which includes Product Price + Shipment Charges.
If you have ordered from Karachi then our personal delivery boy will allow you to check the parcel before payment.
But unfortunately, if you have ordered from other cities, you can’t check before payment because to other cities we send parcels through courier service and they don’t allow to open parcel before payment, because of their safety policy.

Delivery timelines vary depending on your city and your selected product, or due to unforeseen circumstances.
Rs 100 to 150 delivery charges for all over the Karachi according to different weight and volume. No more than Rs 150/-.
And for other cities, delivery charges are calculated based on the weight & volume of the product. You can purchase multiple things under 3kg, Rs 200/- delivery charges will apply. If weight and volume increase, Rs 50/- additionally apply on per kg.
You can purchase multiple things in one delivery charge. But if your parcel weight increase 3kg+ then additional charges apply.
Unfortunately, we are not offering international deliveries at this time.

Yes we do! If you request for replacement, you don’t need to go anywhere, we will send our rider to you and he will replace that product.

Once we receive your claim, our representative will send our office address where you have to return, then we’ll wait for your product to arrive by a courier of your choice. And then your full amount will be refund to your Bank account or through Easypaisa.
